September Rio Regenerative Farm Community Days

Hello Rio School District Families, 
We will be hosting two community days ​for the month of September!

Saturday, September 6th and Saturday, September 20th. 
Time: 10am-12:00pm 
Please be sure to bring a hat, reusable water bottle, sun protection, and closed toe shoes.
Please see the attached flyer and be sure to invite your friends!
 
On 9/20 and 10/4, we will begin to transform our farm into our annual Pumpkin Patch! 
Do you have an extra creative side and want to add to this wonderful educational and community opportunity by painting signs, creating decorations, or donating hay bales, please reach out!  

Our Harvest of the Month for September is TOMATOES! 
Be sure to ask your students about the varieties of tomatoes that they will see on this months salad bar.
