Online Meal Applications

We are pleased to inform you that the Rio School District will continue to offer meals at no cost.  NO Free and Reduced Price School Meal Applications are required.  All students will be provided a healthy breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge regardless of household income levels.

Meal Accommodation Forms

We are happy to arrange an accommodation for a child with a disability when supported by a written medical statement from a state licensed healthcare professional. The California Department of Education only permits the following state licensed healthcare professionals to complete and sign a written medical statement for a disability: licensed physicians, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners.
