The goal for Rio School District is to empower parents to become active participants in the education of their child(ren) and target those parents:

In Rio School District, we are dedicated to building partnerships between families, schools, and the community. Committed to supporting all Rio School District students and families, we offer a variety of services that include parent and family education workshops, tips for being an active part of your child’s education, language support, community resources and more.

    Our Basic Needs Support program helps ensure families have access to essential resources such as food, clothing, and other critical necessities.

  • Food Giveaway

    Through our partnership with Food Share we are able to provide free food to our community every Tuesday.

  • Community Outreach

    Community Outreach focuses on engaging, supporting, and partnering with our local community through events, and programs that make a positive impact.

  • Clothing Giveaway

    Through our Clothing Giveaway, we ensure access to clothing for all ages while promoting dignity, respect, and community support.

  • Laundry

    Our Laundry program provides access to clean clothes by offering free laundry services to individuals and families in need.

  • School Technology Assistance

    School Technology Assistance helps students and families access the devices, tools, and support needed for successful learning.
