Rio School District Facilities and Maintenance Yard Closes Since 1957, the Rio School District Facilities and Maintenance Yard On Vineyard Avenue has played a pivotal role in supporting the educational infrastructure of the El Rio community. As a hub of operations for maintenance and logistical support, this facility has significantly contributed to the upkeep and development of our local schools. The yard's creation allowed for systematic management of facilities, ensuring that schools remained safe, functional, and conducive to education. The Rio School District Facilities and Maintenance Yard stands as a testament to dedicated service for over six decades. It reflects not only the commitment to maintaining physical spaces but also embodies a larger narrative about community resilience and progress. We look forward to the construction of our brand new state of the art Facilities and Maintenance Yard on the Rio Del Valle campus coming in a few years.
