I have devoured

The last piece of strawberry shortcake cheesecake

That was hidden and wrapped with foil

Inside the back of the mysterious fridge

And which

You were probably expecting

To hide from me

To eat for dessert

Forgive me

For it was heavenly

So flavorful

And so delightful I had to eat

Even though you weren’t

Able to taste it I knew

It was savoring

In your mouth
