The use of an EPA-registered product that both cleans (removes germs) and disinfects (kill germs) is part of the custodian teams’ protocol.

Per Ed Code and district attendance guidelines, any parent/guardian that reports to their school that their student is out ill, the student’s absence will be excused.

If a future decision is made to close schools, Rio School District will communicate with all stakeholders in an expeditious manner.
